I have been teaching for nine years and have extensive experience working in Reception and Year 1. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong understanding of early reading and phonics, and I currently serve as the Phonics Lead at my school. In this role, I support colleagues, help drive high-quality phonics teaching, and ensure a consistent approach across the school. I have also completed Early Years leadership training, which has strengthened my knowledge of effective early years practice and leadership. My experience has enabled me to create engaging, inclusive learning environments where children are supported to achieve their full potential, both academically and personally.
