I am a former primary school assistant headteacher, currently between jobs as I head towards a new role in initial teacher training. I therefore have plenty of availability in autumn term 2026 to offer expert primary maths tuition. I take care to keep tutoring patient and positive for children - I know how important confidence and motivation are, particularly for students who find maths challenging. I am very confident rapidly assessing pupils' current understanding and adapting my teaching to fill in any gaps before extending learning up the mathematical ladder. I am currently based in East London but can travel across London. I also have extensive experience tutoring online, making use of the best available online tools to communicate mathematical ideas.
