Hi! I’m Laura. I’m a chirpy and nurturing fully qualified English teacher with over fourteen years of experience as a teacher, and now four years experience as an online tutor. I’m an expert in all things SEND and SEMH ensuring I adapt my lessons to meet the needs of each learner as an individual. I love teaching and have a passion for English and learning in general. I strive to make my lessons riveting and rigorous as well as suited around the preferences of the learner. I’m happy to mark work and give feedback alongside the sessions themselves. I often use students’ writing exercises to inform the next sequence of sessions so we can target the areas they need to improve. I’m also on verified on the DBS update service.
