Member since October 2026
I am a highly experienced Senior Teacher with over 20 years of experience in education, including extensive departmental leadership and curriculum development. I am a graduate of a prestigious university and hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Throughout my teaching career, I have held Head of Department positions in my subject specialisms, developing considerable expertise in Religious Studies, Philosophy and Ethics, alongside Arabic language tuition. I specialise in GCSE Religious Studies, particularly the AQA specification, covering Christianity, Islam and philosophical and ethical themes. My experience includes preparing students for public examinations, developing effective revision strategies and helping learners achieve excellent academic outcomes. I also provide Arabic language tuition, supporting students in developing their reading, writing, vocabulary, pronunciation and language skills. Lessons are tailored to individual needs, abilities and learning objectives. My teaching philosophy centres on academic excellence, personalised learning and building student confidence. I adopt a structured yet engaging approach, ensuring that students develop a secure understanding of their subjects while strengthening their independent learning skills. Whether your child requires additional academic support, focused GCSE examination preparation or wishes to develop their Arabic language abilities, I am committed to providing high-quality tuition that inspires confidence and supports measurable progress.
